ABOUT US
Stanes Amalgamated Estates Ltd (commonly known amongst tea houses as SAE) was formed in 1946 with the estates of Crofton, Deepdale (bought in 1938), Kotada (bought in partnership with UNITEA in 1943), Welbeck (bought in 1946, which was originally bought in 1921) and later Cairnhill (bought in 1951). Thus under SAE, there are two large estates, known as Kotada Estate and Welbeck Estate, with factories.
